1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Jungle Syndicate website and purchasing tickets for our events, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Ticket Purchases

  • All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased by any person or entity.
  • Tickets obtained from unauthorised sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so are void.

3. Event Entry & Conduct

  • Valid ID is required for entry. This is an 18+ event.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject anyone who behaves in a manner that is disorderly, disruptive, or endangers others.
  • Prohibited items include but are not limited to: illegal substances, weapons, glass bottles, and professional recording equipment.
  • Search procedures may be in place at the entry. Refusal to be searched may result in denial of entry.

4. Event Changes & Cancellation

Jungle Syndicate reserves the right to make changes to the lineup, venue, or schedule at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, our liability is limited to the face value of the ticket. We are not responsible for any consequential losses (e.g., travel or accommodation costs).

5. Media & Photography

By attending the event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded. You grant Jungle Syndicate the right to use such media for promotional purposes without compensation.

6. Liability

Attendees assume all risks incidental to the event. Jungle Syndicate is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except where caused by our negligence.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
